DEBUT CD “ALL FOR YOU” RELEASED 11/5/04

Rebecca Linda (Garcia) Smith was born into a military family and spent most of her young life between the United States and Germany. She started singing at four years of age and sang in school functions and in churches throughout Europe during her teenage years. As Rebecca Linda grew in her faith, her singing also grew and became a form of ministry. Music has always played a major role in her life. Rebecca Linda's life took many twists and turns that always seemed to point to God's purpose for her future. She became a public school teacher for a few years prior to getting a direct commission in the U.S. Army. She served on active duty as an Army officer for three years and then two years in the Reserves after she returned to teaching. She obtained a master's degree in counseling and
ministered to students and families during her teaching career. She continued to sing in churches, at weddings, memorial services, and at various social and community events during this phase of her life. Yet, she always had a burning desire to sing for the Lord on a full-time basis, hence her ministry as Rebecca Linda Smith-Renewed.
Rebecca Linda's first CD, "All For You", confirmed that this was the direction God intended for her life. The title song was written by her former recording manager, George Arriola, founder of Joy Records in El Paso, Texas and it summed up what she felt her life was all about in serving the Lord. The other songs are those that have touched her life and renewed her desire to sing for Him as a ministry.

Rebecca Linda's second CD, Jesus' Grace, has been released via HMG Nashville under her own record label, RENEWED RECORDS. It has a common theme in most of the songs—that we are all sinners saved by Jesus' grace—and a powerful and anointed message of eternal hope in each song. We have added a new website, www.renewedrecords.com, for our new record label ! You can still visit my artist website at www.rlsrenewed.com. "Jesus Grace" contains 14 songs (12 original ), most written or co-written by Rebecca Linda and her husband, Robert Frank, that have the wonderful country music live band sound. The album also includes the inspirational country music video song, "Do You Know Me" and a gospel song, "Prisoner of Love," duet with Ms. Dottie Rambo, a living legend and Queen of Gospel Music.

"God has blessed me with my driving force from my devoted songwriter husband and soul mate, Dr. Robert Frank Smith. It amazes me how God took my music ministry and completed the circle after my first CD by suddenly giving Robert Frank the gift of writing lyrics to songs that are now touching so many hearts and lives. His beautiful gospel and inspirational song lyrics put to music are a major part of the "Jesus' Grace" CD and the upcoming inspirational country CD, "Hope," which also includes "He Knows Just When To Give The Song," another gospel song duet with Ms. Dottie Rambo. We now look at what we do as a ministry God had always planned for the two of us when He felt the time was right."

Rebecca Linda prays that these CDs will touch lives and serve to restore those who need a renewal in their spiritual walk and commitment to the Lord or just provide a warm touch from Jesus Christ. Rebecca Linda not only sings Southern Gospel Music, she has crossed the boundaries into AC, Christian Contemporary and is Crossing over into the Mainstream Inspirational Country. Rebecca Linda lives with her husband in El Paso near their son, and his wife, Ivy, both of whom serve the Lord in their own Christian ministries. Rebecca Linda and Robert Frank have been traveling to churches in Florida, New Mexico, and Texas since the release of her first CD, "All For You." They are looking forward to continuing travels throughout the country and abroad as they share God's message through personal testimony, music and song.

Everything that has been, is, and will be in their lives, they want only to give back to serving God's will. They pray that these CDs will bless hearts, renew lives, and win souls for the Lord.
